HIS
STORY
Lamarr Baillou (pronounced: Bay•Lou) is a proud husband and father of two sons. He was born in Harlem and raised in Hell's Kitchen, where style and appearance was always an important part of his upbringing starting from both of Baillou's parents. This was especially apparent in the swagger of his father, Carlos, who migrated from Colon Panama in 1967.

With a well-rooted sense for style and fashion, Baillou seized an opportunity in 1996 to work in the high-fashion industry at Moschino, a prestigious fashion mogul, where he sponged in an array of fashion knowledge and sharpened his artistry for 5 years. It was commonplace at Moschino to run into legends such as Lenny Kravitz, Jermaine Dupri, or Foxy Brown. Even action star Jackie Chan would stroll through on occasion.

Baillou, faced with financial realities of many rising artists, set aside creative endeavors for consistent pay in jobs outside of fashion. However a Dream Deferred, as Langston Hughes poetically put it, can certainly weigh heavy on an artist, and in Baillou's case, he could not ignore his innate drive to be a fashion creative!
He initially began creating bracelets and necklaces for himself and family, however the reaction was overwhelming and many within his inner circle insisted he branch out and share his gifts with the world. And from a place of humility and grace, Le Baillou was borne!

Lamarr Baillou, now seeks to go from humble, stylish beginnings to a fashion creative that establishes generational wealth for he and his family! Le Baillou currently focused on bracelets, necklaces, belly chains, earrings and accessories, however there's no limit to where he intends to take Le Baillou.
